There are certain people you meet, hear or read about and you can't help but admire something if not everything about them. Strength, talents, creativity and all.
This page is for such people though right now I have none in my head.
Some of them I read about in newspapers (Yes, I still read newspapers), some in magazines, some I know personally and some I know by reputation.
Yes! I'm going to feature any fictional character I fall in love with. I'll do my best to bring them alive don't worry.

For Times When You Go From 100-0 And You Can't Explain It.

This post title is quite a mouthful simply because I couldn't find something else to describe how I felt the day I wrote this. I've been in this situation more times than I can remember. It's always exhausting and annoying. I'll be gay, exuberant and then SNAP! I'm feeling down, irritated at nothing in particular and the rest of the day becomes gloomy. No, it ain't mood swing . Or is it? The most annoying thing about this predicament is when people start asking what's wrong and I can't come up with something genuine. The occurrence that prompted this post was the most 'interesting' one ever. Here's the detail. I was having an almost perfect day doing few things online that required me to write a little something about myself. The Packing Series: Books

As I'm rounding off my undergraduate study, one thing I'm definitely not looking forward to is having to pack my stuff back home. I honestly don't know which I dread more, whether packing or unpacking but I sure do not enjoy either activity. I defended my final year project yesterday. See photos on my Instagram and the single most important thing I had to do next was to start packing. I decided to take it a day at a time and also start out simple. I started with books.  Packing my books wasn't as simple as you might imagine it would be because I get attached to things a lot. For example, I still have notes from my first year for reasons I can't explain (oh, I just explained it- attachment) and I didn't end up disposing many of my other books even after giving myself the pep talk on how taking 'garbage' back home is counterproductive. Of Dreams That Come True...

I didn't think I would be writing this so soon. I assumed I'd wait till later this year to write this post but one sleepless night changed my mind. I reminded myself that the best time to do almost anything is NOW. So, here goes nothing. Scratch that, here goes SOMETHING I AM A GRADUATE! A FIRST CLASS GRADUATE! I still have to remind myself occasionally that no, it's not just a semester result. It is the accumulation of all my GPs and CGPAs. It's surreal. And yes, it is a dream come true. Not a big deal these days but it feels good achieving what I had been working on. If you think I seem shocked and surprised, then trust me, I am. Why? So many reasons but the single most important one is that graduating with a first class is something I only started working towards in my final year Weird, I know.
