I'm no medical practitioner neither am I a RD (Registered Dietitian). I'm just a dilettante in health related issues.
I'm not sure if it has more to do with my course of study or my inquisitiveness but
I enjoy researching various topics whose explanations seem vague to me. When I started this, it was partly because of inquisitiveness and partly because of boredom. What I didn't understand was why I was always writing them down.
Well, now I know and I'm glad I followed my instincts. I knew I wanted others to read my write-ups but I didn't know how to go about it. Health magazines was a No No because I'm not a pro. I actually tried to write for one tho but I got no reply. Tsk tsk.
Please do not expect a 100% accuracy from the posts with this label. The best I can give is 85. Lol.
I hope I get to satisfy not only my own inquisitiveness but yours too.

I trusted him completely but he broke my heart and still is in the business of breaking it. His promise to always be with me Everywhere I Go was alas a lie. He said that only to catch my attention and make me his. He gave me mouth-watering packages that offered me less for more but it turned out to be a façade. I'm tired and frustrated. I can't carry out my normal routine with all he's been doing. I trusted him just this once and he disappointed me. I never should have promoted him from the zone I placed him in initially. I remember all the times I heard people complain about theirs and I was always relieved I wasn't in their shoes but guess where I am now? I guess that's what life does. Sit in a corner and laugh at you. Nice job. He looks so attractive on the outside but deep down, there's nothing exciting about him. A big fat façade. I miss the things I could have been doing if I hadn't made the mistake of trusting him too much. His favourite colour is

ReplyDeleteGreat article. If more people in Cambodia were made aware of nutritional facts and figures then there wouldn't be so many health issues constantly arising in the country. Strokes and heart attacks are prevalent here due to misinformation.
